Return Policy for Tyres and Other Auto Accessories
At Genriam Auto Solutions LTD, we strive to ensure that you are completely
satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we've created
a straightforward return policy for tyres and other auto accessories.
1. General Return Guidelines
- You may return items within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items (such as used tyres) cannot be returned once installed or used.
2. Return Process

to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you have your RMA, package the item securely and include your order confirmation or receipt.
- Ship the item to the address provided by customer service. Please use a trackable shipping method — we recommend our approved parcel services.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- To exchange an item (size, model, or type), follow the return process above.
- After your return is received, you may place a new order for the desired item.
